COVID-19 impact

CBC Inteview

March 30th, 2020

I was interviewed for the National in March, as part of an ongoing narrative about how the restrictions of Wave 1 were affecting the elderly in care.  This turned into another interview for the CBC in Saskatoon.  This is a personal story as it affected one of my family.

Swansong Festival 2019

I co-hosted this Saskatoon event as part of the national Swansong Festival put on by Community Deathcare Canada. 
Our event involved a private screening of the Voice of Grief film, followed by our panel to address questions about the deathcare industry, culminating in a death cafe for all to enjoy.

Summer 2019

FeelsZine explores exactly that, the feels of life.  I was interviewed by the zine for their loss issue, in which I explained how important it is to honour and acknowledge loss while clients and families face the death of a loved one.
